Qualifications

Proven experience defining monetization strategies for casual F2P games.
Hands‑on experience with live operations for mobile F2P games.
Strong background in forecasting and delivering on revenue and KPI targets.

Lead a cross‑functional team of performance product managers, economy designers, and analysts.
Drive Live Operations, monetization strategy, and long‑term roadmap execution.
Oversee calendar of live events, offers, and content updates to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define vision, culture, and processes.
