• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to define, influence and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groups with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sales enablement/client relationship management tools and best practices, Legal, Compliance).
• Optimize bottom-line performance by driving key initiatives (fees, cost base, RWA and capital utilization).
• Identify, escape and mitigate business risks that could impair our ability to do business.
• Analyze financial performance, including expenses; identify productivity initiatives and drive implementation.
• Partner with the business, Operations and Technology in future workflows and related tech projects.

Responsibilities
