Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize division-wide operations to support productivity, quality, service, and profitability goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow across production and support functions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency, waste reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Drive safety, compliance, and quality standards across all activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses to ensure strong financial performance.
• Identify staffing needs and develop a high-performing team culture.
