Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions seeks a Vice President, Specialty Services to lead growth, profitability, and safe execution of a diverse portfolio including turnarounds, towers, tanks, and related services for refinery and industrial facilities.

The role oversees P&L, customer relationships, and a high-performing operations team, while collaborating with Business Development and cross-functional partners to drive profitable expansion and ensure top-tier safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, or specialty services.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, or heavy industrial environments.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership and management of a substantial business, region, or portfolio.
• Understanding of turnaround and project execution.
• Strong industry network with revenue opportunity potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for CAM's Specialty Services business.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities to support growth objectives.
• Own the Specialty Services P&L, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting.
• Develop and execute strategies for profitable growth across customers, markets, and service lines.
• Ensure projects are safely and successfully executed with focus on productivity and margin.
• Provide executive oversight of major turnarounds and high-risk projects.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships and serve as sponsor for key accounts.
• Partner with BD to identify opportunities, proposals, pricing, and new work.
• Drive cross-selling of Specialty Services within CAM’s existing base.
• Build, lead, and develop a strong operational leadership team.
• Collaborate with Legal, HSET, HR, Recruiting, Finance to support growth.
• Champion CAM's safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, labor productivity, and profitability.
