Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Python.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts and technologies.
• Experience with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
• Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Proficiency in Python web frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong Git, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead application systems analysis and programming activities.
• Develop high-quality, scalable Python code for GenAI applications.
• Integrate GenAI APIs and build features leveraging RAG.
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services with Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and other engineers to deliver solutions.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Ensure performance, scalability and security of applications.
