Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within financial services, retirement, wealth management, insurance, asset management, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience with annuities or other retirement-focused products is a plus.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale strategic initiatives and commercialization efforts.
• Proven ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, growth initiatives, and business execution.
• Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across all major Future Growth initiatives.
• Drive commercialization of Insurance Overlay and DC Lifetime Income opportunities.
• Coordinate implementation of strategic partnerships and enterprise initiatives.
• Establish and maintain operating rhythms, governance processes, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Distribution, Institutional, PGIM, Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Relationship Management.
• Drive launch readiness and implementation activities across both businesses.
• Identify execution risks, resource gaps, and organizational priorities.
• Improve organizational effectiveness and support Future Growth scaling efforts.
• Champion Future Growth's Focus and Finish philosophy.
