Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President, Product Specialist on the Fusion Customer Success team within the Chief Data & Analytics Office. You will guide clients in leveraging Fusion’s data, analytics and AI platform, collaborating with business, product, engineering and client teams to ensure successful adoption and value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working across multiple teams and products.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI technologies in financial services or related industry.
• Ability to provide technical guidance for complex platform solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption and client enablement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Fusion capabilities (data, analytics, and AI).
• Provide technical guidance for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend optimal Fusion solutions.
• Support development, documentation, and communication of common solution patterns to accelerate Fusion adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and platform teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Promote platform awareness, usage, and adoption through enablement activities and client engagement.
• Track adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement.
• Advocate for best practices in data, analytics, and AI delivery and platform adoption.
• Support cross-product platform initiatives and provide feedback for enhancements.
• Foster collaboration across Fusion product, engineering, and client teams.
