Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President, Product Specialist on the Fusion Customer Success team within the Chief Data & Analytics Office. • Support development, documentation, and communication of common solution patterns to accelerate Fusion adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and platform teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Promote platform awareness, usage, and adoption through enablement activities and client engagement.
• Track adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement.
• Advocate for best practices in data, analytics, and AI delivery and platform adoption.
• Support cross-product platform initiatives and provide feedback for enhancements.

Job responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Fusion platform capabilities, including data, analytics, and AI.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI technologies in financial services or a related industry
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support for complex platform solutions
• Experience working directly with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions to production
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and client enablement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with Fusion platform components or similar enterprise data and AI platforms
• Experience with platform enablement, technical advocacy, or strategic implementations
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, controls, and best practices
• Passion for mentoring and developing talent
• Track record of delivering innovative data, analytics, and AI solutions at scale
