You will guide clients in leveraging Fusion’s data, analytics, and AI platform, collaborating with business, product, engineering, and client teams to ensure successful adoption and value realization.

5+ years of experience solving problems across multiple teams and products.
Experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI in financial services or related industry.
Ability to provide technical guidance for complex platform solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on Fusion platform capabilities (data, analytics, AI).
Provide technical guidance for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events.
Collaborate with business, product, engineering to deliver solutions in production.
Support development, documentation, and communication of common solution patterns.
Partner with Solutions Engineers to ensure integrated solution delivery.
Promote platform awareness and client enablement.
