Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in wealth/investment management.
• Deep expertise in mutual funds, ETFs, managed accounts, and advisory platforms.
• Experience leading partner ecosystems and platform optimization.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives in matrixed organizations.
• FINRA licenses and CFA designation considered.
• Strong understanding of investment product economics and distribution agreements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Voya's Retirement and Wealth Management investment funds ecosystem and partner relationships.
• Provide executive leadership for Retirement and Wealth Management products including Voya Financial Advisors (VFA), third-party investment products, and managed solutions.
• Lead third-party investment partner strategy, funds management, governance, and commercial relationships across Wealth Management.
• Drive platform economics and long-term growth through partner management and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Wealth Management, Retirement, Distribution, and external asset management firms.
• Ensure the platform delivers value for advisors, clients, and shareholders.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy and onboarding processes.
• Lead onboarding, due diligence, governance, performance reviews, and relationship management activities.
• Create innovative partnership models and engagement programs.
