iCapital is seeking a Fund Origination Vice President to lead the structuring and launch of new fund initiatives within its alternative investments feeder fund business. The role reports to a Senior VP and collaborates with asset managers, banks, and wealth managers to ensure regulatory and commercial alignment.

The position emphasizes product lifecycle management for multiple fund structures and ongoing strategic projects, with a base salary range noted and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund administration or custodial relationships.
• Experience in alternative investments with focus on fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives from concept through launch.
• Drive cross-functional coordination for timely fund launches.
• Partner with asset and wealth managers to structure funds compliant with requirements.
• Oversee development of marketing materials.
