Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity planning and long-term cash flow forecasting, translating deal pipeline and capital activity into deployment strategy.
• Structure, negotiate, and manage fund-level financing, including subscription lines and NAV facilities, with lending partners.
• Build and maintain models projecting cash needs, financing capacity, and portfolio outcomes under multiple scenarios.
• Establish and monitor leverage, liquidity, and risk guardrails across fund vehicles; flag issues and recommend action.
• Oversee currency exposure and hedging across the portfolio.
• Partner with investment, finance, and risk stakeholders to inform capital decisions and ensure data accuracy.
• Drive improvements to policies, controls, and processes to increase efficiency and scale as the platform grows.

Our client, a $50B AUM private equity firm, is seeking a Vice President, Fund Finance. They are looking for an ambitious leader to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) with a competitive compensation model. This is a senior leadership position owning liquidity and financing strategy across a multi-strategy fund platform. You will set the framework for how capital is deployed, financed, and protected, while building out a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
