Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an Assistant Vice President for its private infrastructure fund to manage day-to-day fund accounting, NAV oversight, and quarterly closes. You will coordinate with auditors, oversee SOX controls, and work with teams on 10-Q/10-K filings and fund liquidity.

The role calls for a CPA or equivalent, 6+ years in accounting within funds or private markets, and strong SEC reporting expertise to guide policy and ongoing risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of public/private accounting experience with exposure to funds or private markets.
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting and complex fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day fund accounting and reporting, including NAV oversight, capital activity, fee and promote calculations, and quarterly close deliverables.
• Lead coordination with internal and external auditors, including audit execution and SOX control oversight.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on the preparation and review of 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings.
• Monitor and manage fund liquidity across the structure, supporting investor subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and treasury operations.
• Prepare and review accounting policy memoranda for new transactions and evolving accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; contribute to continuous process improvement and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
