Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading a global software engineering team.
• Proficient in Java and SpringBoot for enterprise apps.
• Strong frontend skills with ReactJS, TypeScript, and NextJS.
• Deep knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB data stores.
• Hands-on with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and OAuth/Spring Security.
• Commitment to test-driven development with JUnit.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of software engineers across backend and frontend tech.
• Build robust Java/SpringBoot applications and modern UIs.
• Develop data solutions with SQL/NoSQL and MongoDB.
• Integrate Kafka-based queues to improve throughput.
• Streamline CI/CD with Gradle, Maven, Git‑CI/CD.
• Ensure security with Spring Security and OAuth.
• Leverage AWS ECS/Lambda/Step Functions for scalable services.
• Containerize with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Design RESTful services and modern front-end interfaces.
• Apply TDD with JUnit and maintain code quality via SonarQube.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in Agile model.
