Qualifications

• Experience with Java, JavaScript and Spring Boot in building scalable applications.
• Experience designing and implementing low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
• Comfort with Agile operating models.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design of critical components in the technology stack and oversee new features.
• Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to build customer-centric products.
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap and engineering culture within the global team.
• Design flows and systems using cloud and on-prem technologies for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to SDLC documentation, templates and controls.
• Perform code reviews and establish code quality standards for distributed systems.
