Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing low latency, high throughput distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
• Comfort with Agile operating models.

Responsibilities

• Drive design of critical components in the technology stack and oversee feature implementation with focus on quality and testability.
• Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to build customer-centric products.
• Contribute to the product vision and engineering culture across the global team.
• Design flows and systems using cloud and on-prem technologies for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to SDLC documentation, templates, patterns and controls.
• Perform code reviews and establish code quality standards for distributed systems.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers; communicate with leadership and business teams.
