Job summary

Citi is seeking a Vice President for the Fixed Income Structurer role located in New York. The individual will be responsible for origination and execution of fixed income transactions across a variety of products, facilitating collaboration among sales and trading teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Local Market rates preferred.
• Preferable legal, regulatory and accounting experience.
• Ability to generate and draft termsheets.

Responsibilities

• Originate transactions through new payoffs and idea generations.
• Structure, draft termsheets and lead execution of mandated transactions.
• Conduct origination, credit analysis, and due diligence.

Skills

Familiarity with pricing of derivatives

Competent in using spreadsheets

Experience with legal and regulatory issues

Education

Quantitative degree (mathematics, physics, computer science, or economics)
