Neighborly is seeking a Vice President, Operations for Aire Serv to drive strategic and operational leadership across the franchise system. You will translate Brand strategy into scalable operating plans, tools, and practices, partnering with Brand leadership to achieve growth and consistency.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
Ten+ years in operations, franchise operations, multi-unit operations, or related leadership roles.
Experience leading teams supporting business or franchise owners across dispersed locations.
Experience managing budgets, P&L, KPIs, and business plans.

Mansioni

Partner with Brand President to develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans and budgets.
Lead franchise system performance including sales growth and Brand standards execution.
Improve operating policies, systems, tools, and processes for brand consistency.
Develop and manage Franchise Business Coaches and support teams.
Evaluate franchisee financial and operational performance and KPIs.
