PODS is seeking a seasoned VP, FP&A to shape the financial strategy and drive execution across enterprise planning and a three-year Value Creation Plan. You will partner with the CFO and executive leadership to deliver insights, robust analyses, and actionable initiatives.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while building models and business cases to inform investments and capital allocation. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience with team leadership.
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Experience presenting to senior executives, boards, or private equity sponsors.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial strategy to move the business forward.
• Oversee planning processes for informed decision making and long-term success.
• Develop models and business cases for investments and capital allocation.
• Present financial reporting to executive team, board, and sponsor.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate pricing, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• Lead PMO for a three-year Value Creation Plan with governance and milestones.
• Track financial impact and drive measurable value across plans.
• Coach the FP&A team and improve reporting tools and data quality.
