Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a technical field.
• 7+ years of work experience in Financial Services and/or accounting/controller background.
• Strong storytelling and presentation-building skills for executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present concise conclusions.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Alteryx and Tableau.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Highly motivated, thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Team player and trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Team.

Responsibilities

• Financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis for global subsidiary banking.
• Developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and providing financial analysis to senior management.
• Creating financial business cases to support initiatives.
• Oversight of month-end close, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Efficiency reporting, analytics and strategy including location strategy and reporting.
• Variance analysis explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.
• Designing new reports and dashboards to deliver financial results to senior management.
• Enhancing controls and streamlining processes using Alteryx and Python.
