Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Vice President in Finance & Business Management to lead FP&A coverage across revenues, expenses, headcount and profitability modelling. You will deliver strategic financial reporting, partner with business units, and influence decision making at senior levels.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, designing dashboards, and driving automation while maintaining strong controls and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a technical field.
• 7+ years of work experience in Financial Services or accounting/controller background.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
• High integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• Efficiency reporting, analytics and strategy including location strategy and reporting.
• Creating financial business cases supporting business initiatives.
• Developing and tracking performance metrics and presenting to senior management.
• Oversight of month-end close, forecast, and annual budget processes.
• Performing variance analysis and presenting drivers to FP&A managers and CFOs.
• Designing reports and dashboards to deliver financial results to senior management.
• Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible.
