This role develops financial analysis, documents procedures, and drives transformation initiatives in dashboarding and modern reporting, aligning inputs with external reporting and investor relations where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant finance experience in planning, forecasting and management reporting.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving and on-time delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management across Finance and business teams.
• Highly organized self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, consolidate, review and analyze monthly financial deliverables (expense presentations, analytics, P&L analysis).
• Own expense and headcount narrative across deliverables for senior management.
• Partner with Auto Finance and finance teams to produce budgets and forecasts with drivers and variance explanations.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to quantify key drivers and translate results into executive-ready narratives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables per calendars and timelines.
• Support finance transformation by defining scope and modernizing reporting and data visualization.
• Lead recurring and ad-hoc analyses to aid senior management decisions.
• Coordinate inputs across LOB, CCB central and corporate functions for aligned messaging.
• Support ad hoc projects as business needs arise.
