Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning & Analysis in the GCB Subsidiary Banking segment. You will partner across the firm to deliver financial planning, analysis, and governance, influencing profitability and efficiency.

You will own financial results and interact with business heads and CFOs to drive strategic direction. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, develop dashboards, and advise on reporting enhancements, controls, and automation with tools like Alteryx

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a technical field.
• 7+ years of work experience in Financial Services, accounting or controller roles.
• Strong storytelling and executive-level presentation skills.
• Analytical, with ability to handle large data sets and concise conclusions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Alteryx and Tableau.
• High integrity, collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for global subsidiary banking.
• Develop and track performance metrics; prepare executive presentations.
• Create business cases to support initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Oversee month-end close, forecast, and long-range budgeting processes.
• Drive efficiency analytics, location strategy, and reporting improvements.
• Perform variance analysis and present drivers to business heads.
• Design new reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes with automation tools.
