Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group seeks a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a high-impact FP&A function. Based in NYC, Pittsburgh, or Stamford, the role reports to the CFO and collaborates with executives to drive financial strategy and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A with board exposure, advanced modeling skills, and a hands-on leadership style, including capital-structure management and lender relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A with executive/board exposure.
• Demonstrated leadership in FP&A processes and staff management.
• Deep expertise in three-statement modeling and long-range planning.
• Experience managing capital structure and lender relationships, in a leveraged/PE environment.
• Strong executive presence with ability to present to leadership and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the FP&A team with hands-on oversight.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and board reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive strategic analysis and ad-hoc research to inform decisions.
• Manage capital structure to align with strategic objectives.
• Lead engagements with lenders and ensure credit-compliance.
• Oversee data warehouse buildout and process improvements.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with CFO and executives on KPI development and reporting.
