Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (required).
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership in large entities.
• Proven ability to build and scale FP&A functions and teams.
• Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FP&A strategy aligned with growth and impact goals across the enterprise and subsidiaries.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executives and business heads for data-driven decisions.
• Support CFO in achieving revenue, cash, and asset targets.
