Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a VP, FP&A & Strategic Finance to own the corporate finance strategy, coordinating across multiple business units and capital markets. This role reports to the CFO and collaborates with the CEO, Presidents, and private equity sponsors.

You will guide enterprise-wide investment decisions, capital allocation, and AI-enabled finance initiatives. Based in the US, the role combines hands-on financial modeling with leadership of a high-performing FP&A team.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in FP&A, strategic or corporate finance, with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-business-unit orgs, ideally PE-backed.
• Deep understanding of recurring-revenue models and tech investments.
• Direct deal experience in capital markets and M&A.
• Strong executive communication with CEO, CFO, sponsors and lenders.
• AI fluency and ability to apply data tools to finance workflows.
• Proven leadership in building and scaling finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning calendar, budget process, long-range plan across all units.
• Own consolidated forecast with driver-based three-statement models.
• Lead monthly business reviews: variance analysis and actions.
• Lead equity and debt capital raises, including models and materials.
• Fold acquired businesses into planning and track synergies.
• Own Board and sponsor reporting with a single source of truth.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and KPI governance.
• Design AI-enabled forecasting and reporting workflows.
