Job summary

Premise Health, a leading healthcare provider to large organizations, seeks a VP of Financial Planning to steer budgeting, forecasting, and strategic FP&A. You will partner with executive leadership, oversee corporate FP&A, and drive AI-enabled analytics and planning technology.

This hybrid, full-time role in Brentwood, TN requires 15+ years in finance, MBA/CPA/CFA, and strong modeling with ERP and BI tools.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in a complex org.
Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and financial decisions.
Healthcare or PE-backed company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Deliver timely management reports for executive leadership, Board, and sponsor.
Develop rolling forecasts and scenario analyses for decision making.
Lead due diligence and modeling for M&A, integration, and strategic transactions.
Partner with Treasury on covenant reporting and capital-raising materials.
Mentor and develop FP&A teams and business-partner leaders.
Drive process optimization and automation in planning tools and analytics.
