Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. seeks a strategic Vice President, FP&A and Program Finance to own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple space programs.

You will lead the FP&A and Program Finance teams, partner with the CFO, and guide resource allocation, pricing, and investments to enable rapid scaling of groundbreaking spacecraft, payloads, and mission software. You will build scalable processes, manage FAR/CAS compliance, and drive data-driven decisions, while communicating the story behind

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance leadership, with aerospace/defense context preferred.
• Experience leading FP&A and Program Finance end-to-end, in multi-program environments.
• Strong partner to CFOs and executives with budgeting, resource allocation & investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operating rhythm for multiple programs.
• Lead FP&A and Program Finance teams; build scalable processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/CAS, manage indirect rates and pricing strategy.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting with insightful narrative for leadership.
