Job summary

Astranis seeks an analysis-driven Financial Analyst to partner with engineering, program management, and business teams to ensure financial discipline as we scale. You will budget, forecast, and track program spend while driving accountability across initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, can manage detailed financial models, and balance workload with strategic business partnership. Base pay includes equity and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strategic insights to leaders.
• Ability to bridge data analysis and operational decision-making.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced technology or hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Own program budgeting, spend tracking, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Support program managers in tracking budgets, actuals, and forecasts against milestones.
• Balance rigorous financial analysis with cross-functional partnership and communication.
• Partner on headcount planning, resource allocation, and spend management.
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights for accountability.
• Build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Assist monthly and quarterly close with Accounting and Finance.
