Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. in the Denver/Long Beach area seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Finance to build the financial foundation for spacecraft production at scale.

This greenfield role starts as an individual contributor and grows into leading a team, partnering with manufacturing, supply chain and FP&A. You will own FP&A, budgeting, standard costing, BOMs, overhead structures, capex, and cost controls, ensuring alignment with enterprise planning.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of finance ownership in manufacturing, production, or operations finance.
• Experience building financial infrastructure for manufacturing or production operations, processes, tools, and cost frameworks.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including overhead rates and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and cost structure for all production operations.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities leadership to provide financial counsel.
• Develop processes and governance for manufacturing finance, including procurement oversight and capex controls.
• Lead pricing and investment analyses for in-house manufacturing capabilities.
