PetSafe Brands is seeking a seasoned VP of FP&A in Knoxville, TN. This role partners with the CFO and CEO to own planning, forecasting, and analytics for a global, multi-brand consumer goods portfolio. You will drive long-range strategy, model complex P&L dynamics, and guide executive decision-making.

The position offers high visibility, cross-functional leadership, and the opportunity to influence value creation across the organization.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 3–5+ years leading FP&A
• CPG/branded consumer goods or multi-channel background desired
• Deep expertise in multi-brand P&L, gross-to-net modeling, and margin analysis
• PE-backed environments with board reporting and value-creation focus
• Advanced financial modeling; ERP and planning systems proficiency
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Own the AOP, quarterly reforecast, and long-range plan across a global, multi-brand portfolio
• Build rolling forecast models reflecting category, channel, and international dynamics
• Lead scenario and sensitivity analysis for Board-level decisions
• Partner with CEO, CFO, and leadership on value creation plans
• Model gross-to-net revenue including trade spend and channel mix
• Lead M&A diligence, integration planning, and covenant reporting
