Champion Petfoods is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting from our U.S. hybrid office. The role supports the VP FP&A in budgeting, long-term growth plans, and KPI-driven insights.

Ideal candidates will bring CPA credentials, 5+ years in finance (CPG preferred), and strong ERP/Excel proficiency to drive strategic recommendations and partnering with IT and accounting teams.

Formación

• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a finance role.
• Minimum two years’ experience within the consumer-packaged goods industry preferred.
• Strong written financial communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Corporate Reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Report and analyze financial statements and corporate results, including sales, COGS, ingredients, packaging, and SG&A.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational KPI reporting and management packages.
• Partner with accounting to enhance ERP data capture and FP&A reporting.
• Coordinate with Global regions for regional reporting and KPI review.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and scenario planning; aid business cases.
• Mentor and manage junior staff as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
