Job summary

OLIPOP is seeking a strategic Vice President of FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and reporting for a high-growth consumer products business. You will own the long-range plan, dynamic financial modeling, and executive decision support while partnering with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to drive profitability and scale.

You will translate strategy into financial priorities, build scalable FP&A capabilities, and influence senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A/strategic/ corporate finance
• Experience leading FP&A in a high-growth consumer products environment preferred
• Proven ability to own enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting
• Strong commercial and operational finance acumen incl. revenue planning, margin analysis, pricing
• Experience preparing executive, board, investor materials with clear narratives
• GAAP knowledge and ability to build scalable FP&A processes
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams; strong stakeholder partnership
• Strategic communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment
• Willingness to travel 10–15% and operate in a remote-first environment
• Comfort with tools like NetSuite, Excel, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning, multi-year financial plans, and resource allocation decisions
• Own enterprise financial model and scenario analysis for growth and capital allocation
• Guide annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews with cross-functional leaders
• Prepare board and executive materials with clear, actionable financial narratives
• Drive pricing, margin optimization, and investment decision support across channels
• Design scalable FP&A operating model, governance, reporting, and automation
• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team and strong cross-functional partnerships
• Provide financial insights for strategic decisions and capital markets initiatives
