Job summary

Olsson is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support enterprise-level financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning. You will partner with finance leadership, accounting, and technical teams to drive informed decision-making, evaluate investments, and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field is required.
• CPA license is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling with strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with company valuation models and related risk assessment activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather assumptions, challenge inputs, and ensure alignment with growth and strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership for annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for the firm and key departments.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and capital expenditure and operating expense modeling.
• Analyze, model, and monitor return on key investments and capital purchases, providing insights and recommendations.
• Build and evaluate sensitive analysis scenarios to support strategic, financial, and operational decision-making.
• Create and monitor business performance metrics, including KPI tracking, profitability analysis, and trend analysis.
• Partner with the accounting team to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
