Quantum Computing Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Foundry Operations to lead all development, pilot-line, and high-volume manufacturing for a $100M production-scale facility. You will bridge R&D scaling with the operational rigor of a 24/7 300mm line, directing a 100+ on-site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing a fab line bridging pilot development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Direct exposure to hybrid bonding, TSV reveal, CMP for surface flatness, wafer thinning, and multi-size wafer handling (50–300mm).
• Ability to manage rapid product-mix changes on development lines while maintaining uptime and OTD on an HVM line.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating budget, CapEx, and line-balancing for a hybrid facility with high-mix/low-volume R&D and high-volume production.
• Drive operational excellence and yield optimization across hybrid bonding processes including D2W and W2W.
• Supervise intake, handling, and processing variations for diverse substrate materials.
• Oversee complex process flow: BEoL, TSV insertion/reveal, wafer thinning, interposer fabrication.
• Lead and scale a 100+ person team of cleanroom operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Enforce surface-prep and contamination-control protocols for reliability and SPC compliance.
