Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President to lead governance, oversight, and day-to-day management of the New Product Assessment program. You will drive a firmwide framework for launching new products, aligning with lines of business, risk, and regulatory aims to enable scalable growth.

You will coordinate with 2LOD/3LOD, Analytics, and Technology while coaching junior staff and delivering executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong program execution discipline to translate objectives into plans.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to synthesize complex information.
• Proven stakeholder management in a global, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready materials.
• Experience defining metrics and establishing reporting processes with data insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of the NPA program with standardized application.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; clarify requirements, deliverables, and timing.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance governance, efficiency, and reporting.
• Define program metrics and executive-ready updates on progress and risks.
• Collaborate with 2LOD/3LOD and exam/regulatory teams for reviews.
• Maintain program docs and support training and change management.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
