- Serve as a trusted advisor to CMD executives on business performance, growth opportunities, strategic priorities, and financial implications
- Translate complex financial and business information into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, investments, and initiatives affecting long-term growth and profitability
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute business plans aligned with divisional and enterprise objectives
- Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business analysis activities
- Monitor business performance and provide insights to improve profitability, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness
- Support capital management, financial stewardship, and risk-adjusted decision-making
- Collaborate with leaders across Product Development, Distribution, Inforce Management, Actuarial, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Corporate Finance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, actuarial, strategic planning, or related business disciplines
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives to influence strategy and major business decisions
- Strong financial acumen with experience in planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic analysis
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating effectively within complex, matrixed organizations
- MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced degree preferred
- Experience within life insurance, annuities, financial services, or a related industry preferred
- Understanding of actuarial, finance, risk, product, distribution, and operational drivers within a large financial services organization preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, or enterprise-level decision-making preferred
