Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial modeling for infrastructure or project finance.
• Experience leading greenfield model development for mid-market deals.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executives.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create greenfield models and operate deal financial models for M&A transactions.
• Use excel-based tools to identify risks in transaction models.
• Perform valuation analyses using cash flow, precedent transactions, and comparables.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and provide guidance on financial modeling.
• Work with legal and tax to align models with broader processes.
• Conduct rigorous reviews to ensure models meet quality and regulatory standards.
