Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial modeling, M&A advisory, investment banking or infrastructure finance with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven record leading high-value transactions in infra, renewables, or energy transition sectors.
• Strong client relationship management with track record of new business.
• Advanced technical skills in financial modeling and valuation; able to simplify data for decisions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring across geographies; travel capable.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for Leo Berwick's financial modeling services.
• Lead senior client engagements, structuring transactions and delivering data-driven insights.
• Oversee creation/review of sophisticated financial models for M&A deals.
• Drive innovation in modeling techniques and adopt latest tools and practices.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and advisory teams to integrate models into strategy.
• Establish rigorous QA processes to meet quality, regulatory and client standards.
• Mentor and grow modeling teams, fostering technical and commercial excellence.
• Lead business development and represent the firm in the market.
