• 8+ years of experience in financial modeling, M&A advisory, investment banking, or infrastructure finance.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Travel to Canada and the USA.

• Define and execute the vision for Leo Berwick’s financial modeling services, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals and client needs.
• Lead client relationships, understanding strategic objectives, structuring transactions, and delivering actionable insights.
• Oversee the creation and review of sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
• Drive innovation in modeling techniques and incorporate latest tools and market practices.
