Qualifications

• Strong strategic and risk-management capabilities; able to manage business risks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas simply in PowerPoint slides.
• Proven project management abilities with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables.
• Ability to influence and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groups with collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience with sales enablement and client relationship management tools; knowledge of legal/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Banking Impact Banking & Advisory Business Management team in driving strategy and growth.
• Optimize business performance and manage risks, program budgets and cost bases.
• Lead market research, client segmentation and business intelligence initiatives.
• Prepare executive messaging for business reviews and other forums.
• Foster employee engagement and volunteerism efforts, coordinating cross-functional projects.
