You will partner with business and finance leaders to influence planning and performance outcomes.

The role focuses on executive reporting, business case development, and cross-functional coordination to deliver timely insights, manage risks, and advance key initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in financial services, financial analysis, or business management.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex insights clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-finance planning and delivery, integrating dependencies, risks, and sequencing into a unified plan
• Analyze financial and business performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement
• Develop financial and business reporting that provides actionable insights to senior leadership
• Create financial business cases supporting business initiatives and strategic priorities
• Own core leadership routines for the channel, including performance readouts and outlook updates, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Drive benefit tracking for approved initiatives, including actual versus expected results, key learnings, and next actions
• Identify opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and enhance process and control discipline through automation and standardization
• Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to support performance management and decision-making
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior leadership
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests across the business
