Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York, NY seeks a Vice President in CB Finance to run business and financial analytics for senior leaders. You will build and review models, perform driver analyses, and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

You will present findings to senior management, collaborate across the bank’s Commercial Bank, and guide ad-hoc projects while driving automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Planning & Analysis and/or Accounting.
• Experience in corporate financial analytics with an understanding of a bank’s balance sheet, P&L and key drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with executable deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence and storytelling with data.
• Strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing/leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead dialogue with senior business leadership to discuss trends, performance, strategy and industry dynamics.
• Develop and present robust qualitative and quantitative analysis for senior management; support ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare presentation materials and financial analytics for meetings, reviews, and budgets.
• Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (recurring and ad-hoc).
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key issues affecting clients/business and propose solutions.
• Partner with management and reporting teams to produce insightful reporting and drive action.
• Drive value by simplifying processes, increasing automation, and enhancing analytics.
• Lead and manage a team.
