ISS Facility Services is seeking a strategic VP of Finance Business Partner to lead the account's full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a high-profile client in the media/broadcast space. You will partner with account leadership to align financial and operational strategies, driving profitability and client value in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires influencing senior leaders, strong IFRS/ICOFR knowledge, and a hands-on approach to governance, billing accuracy,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, commercial, or business partnership roles.
Experience in facilities management or similar service industries.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
Strong communication across all levels, including client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the account full P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Develop commercial strategies to support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Provide real-time financial analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Drive business performance through data-driven insights and identify risks and opportunities.
Act as a financial advocate for the account team, ensuring decisions support client commitments and margins.
Support pricing, change orders, and contract modifications at the account level.
