Job summary

Tract Capital is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead FP&A, cost management, and site controllership for its hyperscale data center platform in Seattle. The role partners with senior management on planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and investment analysis across all project lifecycles.

The candidate will drive scalable finance processes, reporting, and analytics, coordinating with design, engineering, and operations to enable disciplined growth and strong execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in large-scale infrastructure or data center investments.
• Experience in high-growth, capital-intensive environments with executive decision support.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, ERP systems, reporting, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for the Investment Committee.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, long-range plan, and monthly/quarterly forecasting for the data center platform.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and business modeling to support growth initiatives and capital allocation.
• Oversee development, construction, and operating cost forecasting across projects.
• Establish and maintain financial controls, governance, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Legal, Accounting, and Operations.
