Job summary

Tract Capital is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to shape the company’s financial strategy and oversee planning cycles, cost optimization, and data-driven decision support. The role starts as an individual contributor with potential to build finance processes and scale into leadership as the company grows.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement to align financial and operational goals, support capital allocation, and report through finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years finance experience, with last 3 in data center industry.
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and capital allocation.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills (Excel, ERP, BI).
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish financial planning cycles including budgets and forecasts.
• Model strategic drivers for data center development and operations.
• Provide variance analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking insights.
