Tract Capital is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead FP&A, cost management, and site controllership for its hyperscale data center platform in Seattle. The Vice President, Finance leads finance for the development, construction, and operation of Fleet’s hyperscale and AI data center platform. This role owns financial strategy across current and future projects, with direct responsibility for FP&A and cost management/site controllership, and indirect oversight of tax incentives and financial systems/reporting. This leader partners with senior management to support planning, forecasting, capital allocation, investment analysis, and key business decisions across the full lifecycle of data center projects. They also work closely with teams across design, engineering, construction, supply chain, procurement, legal, and accounting to manage financial performance end to end. As the platform grows, this person will build scalable financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities to support disciplined growth and strong execution. The role also presents recommendations and analyses to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.

$250,000 - $300,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus
