Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a senior-level VP, Corporate Counsel to guide data center leasing transactions with hyperscalers and support governance and joint ventures. The role is Hybrid, with work location flexibility to Seattle or Denver, and involves close collaboration with Commercial Management to align legal positions with delivery realities.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including a blend of large law firm and in-house roles.
• 5+ years of direct experience negotiating hyperscale and enterprise data center leases.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate data center leases and related agreements.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters with local counsel.
• Build scalable legal processes, templates, clause library, and negotiation playbooks.
