  • At least 5 years at Senior Director or VP level within commercial real estate development, digital infrastructure or data centers.
  • Strong experience managing the accounting, treasury and reporting requirements of complex joint ventures with institutional investment partners.
  • Deep understanding of real estate development accounting, including GAAP, cost capitalization and ASC 842.
  • CPA or equivalent accounting qualification is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Experience working within a rapidly growing development platform and the ability to operate effectively across finance, construction, development and executive leadership teams.
