Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Vice President, Field Sales to lead a multi-region field sales organization, driving profitable growth and expanding market share. You will own execution of the GTM strategy, elevate customer relationships, and deepen partnerships with strategic vendors.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead Regional Sales Leaders and Outside Sales Representatives, champion revenue growth, retention, and wallet share across territories, and collaborate across marketing, revenue

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership with track record of profitable revenue growth
• Experience leading multi-region field sales teams
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate strategy into field actions

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a field sales organization across regions
• Deliver revenue, gross profit, and wallet share targets
• Build senior-level relationships with major customers and vendors
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve forecasting and pipeline visibility
• Drive omni-channel customer experience with Marketing, eCommerce, and Inside Sales
• Develop Regional Sales Leaders through coaching and performance management
• Represent the company with customers, vendors, and industry groups
